Founder Dr. Jennifer Smith is a military veteran, experienced corporate leader, and entrepreneur with a variety of experiences. She has worked in an office, a power generation plant, an embassy, and the middle of war-torn countries leading teams of 3-350 working across global organizations, mitigating crises, and innovating solutions. She has weathered two divorces and successfully navigated into a strong co-parenting relationship for her soccer-playing son. Jennifer has a rich spiritual history and practice with experience spanning conventional and alternative practices. All of this has emphasized the importance of relationships in the many contexts in which we work and live.
